1. HOW DO I ENTER MY MEASUREMENTS FOR A CUSTOM FIT?
Answer: You can enter your details directly using the customizer above on this product page before adding the item to your cart. Our team will verify the measurements for compliance before starting production.
2. WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Answer: As these are custom-made handcrafted pieces, production times vary from 3 to 5 weeks depending on the workshop's workload. Shipping is via insured and trackable express courier.
3. DOES SILICONE REQUIRE SPECIAL MAINTENANCE?
Answer: No. Unlike latex, our professional silicone will not degrade with sweat or time. Simply wash it with cold water and mild soap after use and allow it to air dry.
4. DO THE COLORS GET DAMAGED OR FADE OVER TIME?
Answer: No. We do not use surface acrylic paints: the pigments are integrated directly into the silicone compound before casting, with a protective silicone-based matte finish. Details and nuances remain stable over time.
5. CAN I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Response: As these are customized products, made to measure using the configurator, each piece is unique and it is not possible to apply the right of withdrawal or product exchange once production has begun in the laboratory.
